Fajita Bowl (Cooking)

1 pound precooked roast beef Cut into bite sized peices or shredded
1 (25 ounce can)  Whole kernnel corn drained
1 package McCormick Fajita mix
2 cup
2 cups rice
Salsa and shredded cheese for topping
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Add the roast beef to the pan and let it heat up for 1-2 minuets.
Pour in the corn, fajita mix, water, and rice.
Let the mixture sit about five minuets or until moisture is absorbed by rice.
Spoon into bowl and top with shredded cheese and salsa
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Notes

You can add shrimp and do a surf and turf thing.  I would suggest doing 1/2 pound of roast beef and 1/2 pound shrimp.
You can also substitute the roast beef for whatever meat you wish to use
