The flower garden

Follow the rabbit

Like the wheel has many spokes

But it is the hole that the axel goes into that connects it to the cart

 Thus making the cart useable

As Christians we are the spokes on the wheel which is Jesus Christ

 The Holy Spirit is the axel that connects us all to the cart

Which is God

The cart moves when we all work together

For the greater good of those around us.

Overcoming the World (Bible Study)

1 John 5:1

 Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him.

Marks of a true Christian (Bible Study)

Romans 12: 9-21

9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. 10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. 11 Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. 12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. 13 Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.

14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them. 15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. 16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Faith (Holy Teaching)

We once grew a squash plant in the garden, that literally took over the place.  It  spread everywhere.  
     When God plants the seed of faith in your heart.  Let it spread and take over your whole body.  But don't let it stop there,  share your faith.  Let God plant that seed inside others.  Let the vines of faith spread throughout the land.  Soon like that squash in our garden.   That  faith will grow and grow, going from person to person.

Leap of Faith (Holy Teaching)

You decide to go bungee jumping.   While waiting your turn.   You look over the edge of the bridge into to deep gorge below.  Finally your turn comes, the cord is attached, you walk to the edge of the bridge.  Now the moment of truth.  Do you jump?  To feel the awesomeness of the free fall, and the joy of the rebound.   Or, do you turn around and walk away?
         Now let's look at that a little differently.   You have been sitting in Church.  You have been contemplating the whole time about asking Jesus to be your Lord and Savior.  Finally the time comes.  The pastor asks if anyone would like to come to the altar to pray, and accept Jesus and the Holy Spirit into their lives.   People are getting up and moving to the front.  Will you be one of them?
         Are you ready for the free fall of faith?  Just opening up your heart and letting it all go.  Are you ready to feel all your sins and past mistakes rush past as you fall in his Grace and mercy.

Christian Mind Set (Holy Teaching)

All wrong-doing arises because of mind. If mind is transformed can wrong-doing remain?

What we think, we become.

It is a man’s own mind, not his enemy or foe, that lures him to evil ways.

There is nothing so disobedient as an undisciplined mind, and there is nothing so obedient as a disciplined mind.

Nothing can harm you as much as your own thoughts unguarded

Many times Jesus told us to be of the right mind.  Have our thoughts on the things in Heaven instead of the things of the world.  Training our mind to think like Jesus is essential to our Christian walk in life.

Helping Others (Bible Study)

Matthew 5:16  Let your light shine before men.  that they may see your good works and glorify your father in Heaven.

God has appointed us the care takers of his flock, ever seaking to bring the lost back home.  To help do this we reach out to those in need both at home and around the world.  When we do these things we should not do so for yourselves, but for the pure joy of helping others and the ASOME Glory of God
