 Every parent wants their kids to be normal

Some kids aren't normal

My nap

 Took a nap this afternoon before mowing my yard.  In the nightmare or daymare  whatever you wish to call it.  I am in bottomless a pit falling.  Suddenly flames apart and I stop falling.  My family is there but instead of comfort, they start laughing wildly,  they point at me, and at the same time,  they start chanting Loser among other words of condemnation.   I woke up in my chair in a sweat, then I went out to mow

Putting smiles on people's face

This ain't time for home staying

Brand new day let's have fun and start dancing 

Telling jokes

 Laugh out loud

Singing and swaying 

BBQ smelling good

Games and fun having

Talking folks gather round

 We said goodbye in Springfield that day

With tears in my eyes
I watched you drive away
Part of me died that day

You went off to Tennessee
To accept a job with more pay to thee
I was left to stay

A few months before
We met at the bookstore
Talked in the coffee shop
That was our first date

We started seeing each other more
As love opened it's door

It may have been a short relationship.  But it was the best relationship I ever had

The night before he left we went out to eat.  Then went bowling,  and then to his place for one last time ( boy that was great sex).  When he took me back to my apartment,  instead of going inside,  I watched him leave.  After his tail lights faded in the distance,  I sat on a bench and cried,  before going into the building and up to my apartment 

I remember one time John showed up at my work ( Shoney's )  and said " Tony I know your Birthday was a month before we met, But I want to take you to dinner.)  So he took me back to my apartment so I could shower and clean up.  Then we went to the Olive garden.   Afterwards we played a couple of rounds of mini golf and got some Andy's Frozen Custard before he took me back to my apartment. 

On his Birthday (which was on his day off and mine)  (very rare for us to have the day off at the same time)  we spent the whole day at Bull Shoals lake fishing. 

A week before he left he stopped by my work to pick me up.  Instead of taking me home to my apartment,  we went to a park and talked at the picnic table.   He told me about the job offer in Nashville and that he had to tell his boss the next day yes or no.  "Tony, this job offer means more accounts,  better pay and benefits.   However it would take me from the one person I really love."  "John, I really love you and I always will, but you would be a fool not to take it.  You are just scraping by here in Springfield just like me.  You need this."  "Tony, you could come with me."  " No John, because we rarely had a day off together.  We never got a chance to meet each others family,  and I know my parents would not like me going off to Nashville with someone they don't know,  and I know your parents would feel the same.  No matter how much we trust each other. "  " So I take the job, then what Tony?"  " John we make this the best final week we can"  John told his boss the next day and accepted the job offer.  I help with packing and preparing for the move.  All the while celebrat

John and I went to Lambert's .  When I went to catch a roll. I  caught it a way where I leaped into the air.  When I came down I landed with my back on the table  (good thing we had not ordered yet) and my arm with the  roll smacked John on the head.

When John and I went to play Mini-Golf.  We had a habit of using our clubs as swords.  Other people thought it was odd, but we were having fun

John was the best person to enter my life.  Accepted me for who I was,  medical problems and all.  Never made fun of me, only love and care.  I tried to show him the same respect and attitude,  because he had his own set of medical problems.   We never focused on our problems,  but looked toward the future and our time together.

John brought out the playful side of me.  We were always joking and laughing. 

Sometimes John and I would spend a day exploring the Greenway Trails around Springfield.     

We started out as just two good friends hanging out and having a good time.   By the end of the three months, we had really started to have honest and true feelings for each other. We really didn't want to end our relationship.

My relationship with John opened up doors for me, and taught me a form of acceptance I had never experienced before, and it was AWESOME

The day I realized that our relationship was growing.  We had just finished a round of mini golf  and went to Andy's for some custard, then sat on the curb and enjoyed it.  John just came right out and told me how he felt.   I told him how I felt.  Up till this point we had just two friends hanging out together.  Our conversation in Andy's parking lot changed that.  Know we ment more to each other.

After confessing our true feelings for each other.  We tried to find a way to meet each others family.   But nothing seemed to work out for us.  Between our jobs and many other things going on.  Our luck in making such a meeting possible just wasn't going to work out.

Growing up Christian

 When people first accepted Christ into their lives.  They are baby Christians.   Wandering around endlessly,  looking for help asking questions,  following faithfully. 

The next step in christianity is childhood.   Still learning and asking questions.   Helping out when and where you can.

The next step is the teenage years of christianity.   You still ask questions and learn, you help more , and take on more responsibilities.   You also standup more for your faith and denomination. 

Then there is the adult years of Christianity.   You continue to learn, you continue to help when and where you can.  You stand up for your faith, but you realize it takes all kinds of people, all kinds of ideas, to make Christianity work among the believers in your area, no matter the denomination.   You just want to spread his word to the world

Premade pizza dough

Pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese 

1hard boiled egg chopped 

3 to 4 slices cooked bacon chopped 

Sausage cooked and drained

Mushrooms chopped 

Green onions chopped

Preheat oven according to pizza dough instructions 

Place sauce on dough and spread with a spoon

Sprinkle sausage on top of sauce

Add the hard boiled egg and chopped bacon 

Add anything else you want

Add mushrooms and chopped green onions 

Add roasted garlic seasoning 

Bake according to dough instructions

Chicken sandwich 2

1 plain bagel cut in half

Chicken nuggets

Fries or tater tots 

BBQ sauce 

Cook fries or tots and chicken nuggets according to package 

Brush the lower half of bagel with BBQ sauce 

Line chicken nuggets around edge of bagel leaving the middle of the bagel open

With a handful of fries or tots line the middle of the bagel 

Top with desired veggies 

Top with top half of the bagel 

Enjoy

Hoagie roll cut in half

2 slices swiss cheese 

Pasta or pizza sauce

4 to 5 chicken fingers or fries

Heat chicken in oven

On the bottom half of the roll spread with sauce.

Place with cheese (melt cheese if desired)

Top with chicken

Top with desired veggies 

Top with top half of roll

He has made friends with some of them

A man of the world

Bag Lady

 They call her the "Bag Lady"

A homeless wanderer

Out of the streets

Pushing her shopping cart 

Down the sidewalk she goes

Broken dreams

Tatered clothes

Most people ignore her

Some turn away

A few have made friends 

And look forward to seeing her each day

Still she pushes her cart

From street to street

Dirty clothes

But smiling at the people she meets

The dirt road

 I'll walk the dirt road

Sure it is not easy at times

But with hardwork and grit

I will get by just fine

The paved road is nice and smooth

Easy to travel 

But the lessons upon that path

Is nothing but frizzle 

The dirt road is hot and long

Bumps found on the path

The life lessons learned 

Are ones that will always last

As you navigate adulthood 

Starting a career 

Having a family

Through the highs and lows 

The rocket keeps climbing 

Finally (hopefully at an old age)

The rocket explodes
