We used to have a donkey on our farm. He just showed up one day, had no idea where he came from, but decided to hang around. At first the donkey wanted nothing to do with us as he wandered from field to feild. Slowlyput surely he got to the point where we could mess with him, feed him apples and carrots.
The same is true with those who do not believe in Christ. You can’t be running after them, throwing their sin in their face, or yelling at them telling them what a bad person they are. All you accomplish is driving them a way, destroying any chance they had at finding Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Like our donkey. Bring someone to Christ takes time. It can not be done all at one time. Work with the person. Try to understand their point of veiw on Christianity. Ask questions and give honest answers. Share your own testimony, or have a friend share theirs. It may take a while
But they’ll come around eventually
