Getting soaked

 

I hate rainy days and the bus is late

Sure, I got an umbrella 

But I'm still getting wet

They ought to build a shelter 

So we can wait for the bus in dryness 

The worst is when cars go by

Splashing water everywhere 

Waiting for the bus can seem long at times

But when it's raining that waiting seems longer

The bus has arrived finally 

I will enter the bus

Dripping water everywhere
