You let life drain away
From a world
That hurt you so
While you fade away

Life goes in a lazy way
In a smoke filled room
Drink lots of booze
Crying over your past mistakes

Steamed parmesan and garlic hamburger
Instant pot
1 cup of water
2-3 teaspoons Buffalo Wild Wings parmesan and garlic sauce
Aluminum foil
Place the water inside the instant pot
Place the hamburger on the foil
Top burger with sauce
Rib sauce to cover burger
Wrap burger with foil
Place packet inside instant pot
Lock lid and make sure the seal is set
Set timer on manual for 14 minutes
When time is up quick release steam
Place packet (using tongs) on a cutting board
Using a spatula move burger onto a bun
Top burger however you wish
Enjoy
Steamed onion hamburger
Aluminum foil
Onion finely chopped( a chopper or blender works real well for this)
Hamburger
Place hamburger in bowl mix In the chopped onion
Form into patties ace on foil
I added a little soy sauce for flavor but it's not necessary
Wrap burgers with foil
Place one cup water in the bottom of the instant pot
Place packets in instant pot
Lock lid and set the seal
Set timer on manual for 14 minutes
When the time is up
Quick release steam
Remove packet instant pot using tongs
Unfold packet and using a spatula place burger on bun
Top as desired
Enjoy

So many times he has asked for help
Only to be dismissed like nothing was wrong
They don't understand
The turmoil
The pain
The hurt
Waking up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat
screaming
Yelling
At the shadows to leave him alone
Tears running down his face
Afraid of crowds
Feeling like he is always being judged
Feeling like a lost soul
Every eye on him
Watching
Waiting
Judging
He just wants to be left alone in peace
He holds the gun to his head and pulls the trigger
