Steamed Hamburger

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey mustard

1 tablespoon diced red onion

¼ pound hamburger

1 strip of aluminum foil


Add steam rack to a 6-8 quart instant pot

Place 1 cup cold water inside the bottom of the pot

In a small bowl mix the first 3 ingredients

Add hamburger and mix well

Place hamburger on foil and form into patty

Fold foil and seal

Place in instant pot 

Lock lid and set on manual for 14 minutes

When time is up quick release the pressure

Once the steam has stopped open lid ad using tongs to remove the foil packets

Place them on a plate to cool

If you wish open the packet add a slice of cheese reseal it and let the cheese met

Remove patty from foil and place on buns

Top patty as you wish
