The Dirt Road
The ole Country lane
How many miles did I walk in the rain


We were just kids
We lived miles apart
You start up the road
I start down the road
We meet half way
Then the fun start

walking creak beds
Climbing trees
Spooking cows
Whatever we please

Then we'd say goodbye
We'd go our seperate ways
