Steamed Hamburger ( Cooking )

1 tablespoon spicybrown mustard 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon diced red onion ¼ pound hamburger I strip aluminum foil Place steam rack inside a 6-8 quart instant pot Place 1 cup cold water to rhe bottom of the pot Place the first three ingredents into a bowl and mix well Add hamburger to the bowl and mix to coat Place hamburger on foil and shape into patty Fold foil around hamburger to seal Place hamburger inside instant pot Plce lid on the instant pot and lock Make sure vale is set to seal Set the indtant pot to manual and set for 14 minuets When time is up quick release the steam Once steam is down unlock and open the lid Using tongs remove the foil wrapped patty from pot and place on a plate If you want open the foil add a slice of cheese to the patty reseal the foil and let it melt Remove the patty from foil place on a bun Add your choice of toppings enjoy
