Steamed Hamburgers 2 ( Cooking )

¼ pound hamburger ⅓ cup finely diced red onion 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce Strip of aluminum foil Add steam rack to a 6-8 quart instant pot Add 1 cup cold water to pot In a bowl mix first four ingredients Place meat mix on foil and form a patty Wrap with foil and place in instant pot Lock lid and set on manual for 14 minutes When time is up quick release pressure Open lid and remove foil covered patty to a plate If you wish at this time open the foil place a piece of cheese on top, reseal the foil and let the cheese melt Remove patty from foil place on bun Top as you whish and enjoy
