Easy Smokey Mac and Cheese (Cooking)


1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups whole milk
11/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup diced Velveeta cheese
1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni cooked

In a lage pot melt butter over medium heat, add flour.  Cook whisking constantly 1 minute.  Whisk in milk, salt, smoked paprika, and pepper.  Bring to boil over medium-high heat whisking constantly.  Reduce heat to medium- low.  Cook whisking constantly 2 minutes.  Stil in cheese until melted.  Remove from heat.  Add in cooked pasta stir to coat with cheese sauce.  Let stand 5 minuets then serve
