Problems

Yes, there have been problems in my life

I don’t let it get me down

I just pick myself up

Whenever life pushes me to the ground

Life tells me I can’t

I say just watch and see

Life gives me a cut

I just let it bleed

Sweat and tears have trailed me all my life

As I push through every bit of strife

My life is enriched by each trial I’ve overcome

My life is better with each battle I’ve won

I’ll never give up this is my plea

No matter how hard life may hit me

I will never back down

From the fight life may bring

Each and every victory is a reason to sing

I’ll never give in will be my cry

For with these words I will not deny

The inner fire that burns within

coming up to surface time and again

I’ll never loose hope

No matter how dark the night might be

Or how far the light might seem

Yes, I’ve had problems I’ve had to overcome

I’ll never give up

I’ll continue to fight

Until the last battle’s won

Until my final day is done
