The End Of The Rainbow Dies

At the end of the rainbow is a land so fair, there are animals with long blonde hair, the grass is green, the sky is blue
You have good fortune in whatever you do
The water shines with a crystal shine it blinds me when it hits my eyes
It is a land of magic and it is a land of woe
For there is a presence that threatens the soul
What the presence is I do not know
All I can tell is that it is dark and cold
The land turns into a desolate waste as the darkness approaching haste
Everything good turns bad and everything happy turns sad.  I can not tell what has taken hold
I turn and but there is no rainbow
Every truth turns to lies.  Every animal sacrificed
What it is I can’t tell
All I know is it looks like hell
