He saved my life
When his life he gave
Hanging on the cross on that faithful day
He is the one Lord on high
He gave his life as a sacrifice
He is the one whom I love and adore
He took my closed heart and made it an
open door
Jesus is the Christ
He is Lord and savior
Jesus is the Christ
I will praise his name now and forever
He is the king of my life
It is for him that I would die
He raised his hands and calmed the waves
Now I will live for him everyday
