Buffalo Macaroni and cheese bites (cooking)


1 package (71/4 ounce) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
6 cups water
1tablespoon 2%milk
2 tbalespoon process cheese sauce
1 tblespoon butter
1/4 cup louisiana style hot sauce
1 cup all purpose flour
1 large egg beaten
1 (6 ounce) can french-fried onion crushed
Blue cheese salad dressing

Set the cheese packet from the dinner mix aside.  In a large saucepan bring water to boil.  Add macaroni cook for 8-10 minutes or untill tender.  Drain stir in contents of the cheese packet, milk, cheese sace, and butter.
Press 2 tablespoonfuls into greased miniature muffin cups.  Cover and refridgerate for 3 hours or overnight
Place the hot sauce, flour, egg, and onions in seperate Shallow bowls.  Remove the macaroni bites from the muffin pan.  Dip in hot sauce, then flour, then eggs, then onions.  Place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet
