John 3:3 - "Jesus answered him, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.'"

To be born again simply means to have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, thereby dying to your old self and becoming a "new creature" in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). The denomination of your church does not matter one bit in regards to salvation. Denominations have to do with things that are interpreted in the Bible once you become saved. Some aren't major differences at all.
