Trust

I pulled into Humansville worried and full of dread

No matter how I tried dark thoughts consumed my head

I prayed to Jesus to come and help clear my head

Then a voice came through my thoughts and this is what it said

I will give you rest

I will give you peace

I will give you rest

If you’ll put your whole trust in me

So I learned to trust in God on that very day

My thoughts of dread they just flew away

I am so happy I will never be the same
