Lord I want to thank you
For the trials in my life
You have shown your great mercy
Which have brought me through major
strife
I learned a long time ago
Who really own’s claim to my soul
Lord you can lead me anywhere
Where you send me
I will go
Though I spent time upon the mountain top
A wiseman I did not find
When life is in it’s darkest spot
Lord it is you who comes to calm my mind
You give me a peaceful easy feeling
Toward everything I’ve been through
When I start to stumble
Lord I know to lean on you
