Crime runs ramped
National
State
County
Local officals
And Police
Bribed to look the other way
While underhanded deeds are done


Turf wars
Drug wars
Are fought in the streets
Many die
Many innocent bystanders
Gun down for being in the wrong place

At the wrong time
